I’m putting together an easeful invitation that includes fifteen minutes of breathing and ~15 minutes of freewriting for five days. I’m running a beta test for the initial invitation which will start next week. Can you help me out?
I’m looking for three people who want to build or support their writing or journaling practice with a daily Nervous system-regulating breath practice and a little nudge from me. I need folks who will offer feedback at the end of the experience so that I can further develop it.
